Why?

There are many benefits to getting outside and in an environment that challenges you. For me personally, it has lead to improved connection with friends and family, job promotions and payrises, better physical and mental health, greater connection with the environment and happiness.

I am passionate about coaching. It supports someone getting from where they are now, to where they want to be, much faster than doing it by themselves. Fact.

I am even more passionate about supporting someone challenge themselves in the outdoors. Psychologists and health researchers are finding more and more science-backed reasons we should go outside and enjoy nature. It can only be good for us, especially when we are now more than ever attached to our multiple devices!
